Assisted Lymphatic Therapy

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (“ALT”), also known as Electro Lymphatic Therapy (“ELT”) with the LYMPH DRAINAGE XP-2 ™ device, is a highly effective non-invasive and painless therapy that aids healthy lymphatic flow by decongesting any lymphatic blockages deep within the tissues.

A combination of vibrational, light and electrical waves helps to stimulate lymphatic flow by causing the dissociation of proteins (not to be confused with nutrient proteins) that have become trapped in the interstitium. Technology

The ALT device utilises ionisation of three inert gases – Argon, Krypton and Xenon. The ionisation of the trio produces energy and ions, which penetrates the lymphatic system to aid in the decongestion of the lymph fluid.

About 70% of the lymphatic is under the skin and can be activated through manual lymphatic drainage (“MLD”) massage or dry brushing. While such therapies and techniques are long-standing and beneficial, they do not reach the remaining 30% of the deeper lymphatic system, such as the gut, the axillary and inguinal nodes.
