I was first introduced to assisted electro lymphatic therapy ("ALT") by a friend. Had a first trial session at Alverity and was thoroughly impressed. The therapist had me at ease by explaining the entire ALT procedure. The session only started after I had my queries answered. The therapist was very gentle and meticulous, frequently checked in with me to see if I was feeling discomfort of any sorts. There is no pain or whatsoever, and I nearly fell asleep. The session took an hour and time flew by as I was thoroughly enjoying it. I was later treated to a quick head massage to finish off. Oh, the bed does feel luxurious as well. I was completely relieved of my neck tightness after the session. There was also a debrief by the therapist as to which parts of my body had congestion and needed more work. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Will be coming back for more sessions. Definitely two thumbs up and money well spent!

The most amazing therapy invented-I’m so glad I discovered it. My entire body feels lighter and it’s done wonders for my circulation- not to mention its also the best side therapy for your face leaving it lifted, brighter and lighter. The therapist is fantastic!
